Buckeye Appraisal Service (Vowell Appraisal Group) was started in 1999 by founder, Joe Vowell. We specialize in single family residential or investment properties, including conventional and FHA appraisals for single family homes, REOs, condominiums, manufactured and log homes. We also perform appraisals to assist you with PMI removal and tax assessment rebuttals.  All of our licensed FHA approved appraisers perform top of the line appraisals in the entire state of Ohio.
